independent housing: aspirational. two-story cozy rustic-y looking house.

there is a front yard and a back yard, both flooded with plants.

back yard has a sitting area and some open grass for sparring/training.

more plants than personal items around the room. also took the smallest bedroom.

has a writing desk stocked with lots of stationary that he's collected.

has a very small stack of books. mostly educational: cooking, planting, etc.

also has some saucy romance novels by the bed. for science.

small amount of clothing/toiletries in bins on a shelf across from the bed.

he took the largest bedroom, because of course he did, the only one with an ensuite bathroom.

his room is filled with a ton of books of all genres (but especially physics and romance/smut).

he's decided to embrace the shabby vintage vibe so there's a bunch of eclectic art and clutter he found at weird yard sales.

he's looking for the aesthetic uncanny valley between 'classy expensive taste' and 'craft projects of someone's unhinged maiden aunt'
